Places for People
Brand bible (TOV, photography, key communication themes).
Problem
To successfully rebrand and reposition Place for People from a housing association to a large-scale placemaker, we recognised the significance of effectively communicating this transformation to both our internal and external stakeholders. Therefore, it was crucial to simplify the complexities of our organisation and craft a concise narrative that elicited an emotional response.
Solution
To convey our identity, purpose, and motivations in a captivating way, we enlisted the talents of acclaimed copywriter Michael Evamy. He skillfully crafted a compelling narrative that succinctly captured our essence. Then, in collaboration with photographers Adrian Ray, Sasa Savic, and other stakeholders, we organised a series of photo sessions throughout the summer to bring this story to life. The resulting book was widely utilised, and its content became a valuable resource across all communication channels.
